I...Just dropped in to say that I love this article. It is a breath of fresh air among all the fuss about remote "teaching" these days. The one hour (or longer) lecture is a crazily outdated way for students to learn, especially when the teacher is just laboriously repeating things that they have said many times before and can probably be found in a few seconds of web searching. Yet now we see colleges, universities and even schools rushing to duplicate this clumsy and frustrating teaching method over video conferencing.
